南芦屋浜地区、浜風町・若葉町、緑町(一部)・潮見町(一部)は通常通りのパイプラインの運転がおこなわれています。詳細な地域はMAPを参照してください。Minami Ashiyahama area, Hamakaze-cho, Wakaba-cho, Midori-cho (part) and Shiomi-cho (part) are operating the pipeline as usual. Please refer to the MAP for detailed areas.
