パイプライン停止の情報 Pipeline Shutdown Notice

高浜町２街区（投入口：０５０５９、０５０６９、０５０７９）において１１月７日（金）よりパイプライン停止が発生しています。この問題を解決するために先週高圧洗浄を行いましたがまだ管内にごみが詰まっています。そのために、再度の管内洗浄を１２月１日（月）に実施します。A pipeline shutdown has been occurring since Friday, November 7th in Takahama Town Block 2 (Intake Points: 05059, 05069, 05079).High-pressure cleaning was performed last week to resolve this issue, but debris remains clogged within the pipes.Therefore, another pipe cleaning will be conducted on Monday, December 1st.
代替案の検討 Exploring Alternative Solutions

8月から芦屋市と私たち利用者の会でファシリテーターを交えて現在のパイプライン施設に代わる代替案をワーキング・グループで検討としています。次年度からそれぞれの住宅形態に応じた具体的な実証実験を行いますので、その経過を順次報告します。代替案の検討ページを参照ください。Since August, Ashiya City and our user association have been working with a facilitator in a working group to explore alternative solutions to replace the current pipeline facility. Starting next fiscal year, we will conduct specific demonstration experiments tailored to each housing type. We will report on the progress sequentially. １１月１５日（土）に高浜町４街区（投入口：０５０９９）にて管内洗浄作業を実施し、18日より運転を開始しております。また、１１月１９日（水）からは高浜町２番（投入口：０５０５９、０５０６９、０５０７９）は臨時収集をおこない、高浜町２街区（投入口：０５０５９、０５０６９、０５０７９）の管内洗浄については予定通り１１月２１日（金）、１１月２２日（土）に実施します。 On Saturday, November 15, pipe cleaning work was conducted in Takahama Town Block 4 (Dump Point: 05099), and operations commenced on the 18th. Furthermore, starting Wednesday, November 19,temporary collection will be conducted in Takahama Town Block 2 (Dump Points: 05059, 05069, 05079) will have temporary collection.Pipe cleaning for Takahama Town Block 2 (Dump Points: 05059, 05069, 05079)will proceed as scheduled on Friday, November 21st and Saturday, November 22nd.

１１月１５日（土）に高浜町４街区（投入口：０５０９９）にて管内洗浄作業を行い、詰まりが解消されたため、11月17日本日より投入口は使用できます。そのため、１１月１９日（水）からは臨時収集の範囲を縮小し、高浜町４番（投入口：０５０５９、０５０６９、０５０７９）を臨時収集の対象とします。なお、高浜町４街区（投入口：０５０５９、０５０６９、０５０７９）の管内洗浄については予定通り１１月２１日（金）、１１月２２日（土）に実施いたします。 On Saturday, November 15, pipe cleaning work was performed in Takahama Town Block 4 (Dump Point: 05099). As the blockage has been cleared, the dump point will be available for use starting Wednesday, November 17. Therefore, starting Wednesday, November 19, the temporary collection area will be reduced,and Takahama Town Block 4 (Dump Points: 05059, 05069, 05079) will be included in the temporary collection. Please note that the pipe cleaning for Takahama-cho 4th Block (Dump Points: 05059, 05069, 05079)will proceed as scheduled on Friday, November 21st, and Saturday, November 22nd.

１１月７日および8日に （高浜町 ２街区：05059、05069、05079、高浜町 ４街区：05099）で輸送管内でごみが堆積し、パイプラインが停止しています。解決するために管内部洗浄を11 月 15 日（土） 、11 月 21 日（土）、11 月 22 日（日）に予定しています。なお、11 月 12 日（水）から 詰まり解消作業完了まで週３回（月・水・金 ８：３０収集）臨時収集を行います。On November 7 and 8, garbage accumulated inside the transport pipes in Takahama Town Block 2 (05059, 05069, 05079) and Takahama Town Block 4 (05099), causing the pipeline to shut down. To resolve this, pipeline internal cleaning is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22. Additionally, temporary collection will be conducted three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8:30 AM collection) starting Wednesday, November 12, until the blockage removal work is completed.
