非常事態宣言が延長になっていますので、新型コロナウイルス感染防止のために2月の会議スケジュールはすべて順延となりました。なお、3月のスケジュールは、状況をみながら決定をしたいと考えています。詳細は、スケジュールを参照ください。（Since the state of emergency has been extended, all the meeting schedules for February have been postponed to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. 非常事態宣言がでましたので、新型コロナウイルス感染防止のためにやもうえず1月の会議スケジュールはすべて順延となりました。なお、2月のスケジュールは、非常事態宣言期間変更の可能性がありますので状況をみながら決定をしたいと考えています。詳細は、スケジュールを参照ください。（Since Hyogo Prefecture has declared a state of emergency, our meeting schedule for January has been postponed in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. 高浜町8-1の投入口にマナー違反のごみが捨てられていました。具体的には土砂・石・木片で、これらは直接輸送管を痛めますので絶対に投入口には捨ててはなりません。詳細はパイプラインの運転状況を参照してください。（Garbage with bad manners was dumped at the entrance of 8-1 Takahama Town. 輸送管閉管の原因としてマナー違反のごみが新浜町の輸送管から発見されました。具体的にはペットボトル、植木、雑誌、教科書、金属類、コード類、布類で、絶対に投入口には捨ててはなりません。全ての回収作業の費用は数百万かかり、私たちの税金から支払われます。詳細はパイプラインの運転状況を参照してください。（Manners-violating garbage was found in the transport pipe in Niihama Town.As a cause of the closed pipes, unmannerly trash was found in the transport pipes in Niihama Town.
