パイプライン運転が停止している高浜町に、カラス対策のために一時的に「ゴミカート」を芦屋市が無料で貸し出しています。なお、9月30日から、利用者の管理負担軽減と回収費用の節約のためにごみの収集を週6回から週3回（月・水・金）に実施されます。回数が減りますが、ご協力をお願いします。Ashiya City is temporarily lending "garbage carts" free of charge to Takahama Town, where pipeline operations have been suspended, as a crow control measure.
