パイプラインごみ投入口上部の掲示板に新しいポスターが掲示されています。芦屋市環境処理センターは、施設の運転、用役の調達管理、点検、物品等の調達、補修等を長期にわたって民間事業者に委託する長期包括的運営業務の導入しました。そのためにパイプラインの窓口の電話番号が変更になっています。（A new poster is displayed on the bulletin board above the pipeline waste inlet.
