高浜町２街区（投入口：０５０５９、０５０６９、０５０７９）はマナー違反のごみ投棄や危険物（ガスボンベ・鉄アレイ・リチュウムイオン電池等）も投棄されているのでパイプラインは停止しています。The pipeline for Takahama Town Block 2 (collection points: 05059, 05069, 05079) has been suspended due to the dumping of improperly disposed waste and hazardous items (gas cylinders, iron weights, lithium-ion batteries, etc.).
パイプライン工事のお知らせ Notice of Pipeline Construction

１月下旬よりパイプラインの補修工事を５箇所にて順次実施しております。その内１箇所（新浜町のラヴェール前）にて管路交換を実施する際に工事箇所より下流側が３日間（２月１８日（水）～２０日（木）運転停止となりますので臨時収集を実施予定です。詳細は「パイプライン工事」を参照してください。Repair work on the pipeline is being carried out sequentially at five locations starting in late January.During the pipeline replacement at one of these locations (in front of La Velle in Shinhama-cho),service will be suspended downstream from the construction site for three days (Wednesday, February 18 to Thursday, February 20).Temporary collection will be arranged during this period.For details, please refer to "Pipeline Construction."

日曜日のパイプライン運転（Pipeline Operation on Sunday）

日曜日はパイプラインが停止しています。なお、土曜日の午後は投入口のごみを吸引（陽光町以外）していますので緑のランプが表示している場合はごみを捨てるとができます。The pipeline is shut down on Sundays. On Saturday afternoons, garbage is vacuumed (except in the town of Yoko), so if the green light is displayed, you can throw away your garbage.

12月31日（水曜日）正午から1月5日（月曜日）朝までは、パイプライン収集は休止です。Pipeline collection will be suspended from noon on Wednesday, 31 December until the morning of Monday, 5 January.

パイプライン停止の情報 Pipeline Shutdown Notice

高浜町２街区（投入口：０５０５９、０５０６９、０５０７９）において１１月７日（金）よりパイプライン停止が発生しています。この問題を解決するために先週高圧洗浄を行いましたがまだ管内にごみが詰まっています。そのために、再度の管内洗浄を１２月１日（月）に実施します。A pipeline shutdown has been occurring since Friday, November 7th in Takahama Town Block 2 (Intake Points: 05059, 05069, 05079).High-pressure cleaning was performed last week to resolve this issue, but debris remains clogged within the pipes.Therefore, another pipe cleaning will be conducted on Monday, December 1st.
代替案の検討 Exploring Alternative Solutions

8月から芦屋市と私たち利用者の会でファシリテーターを交えて現在のパイプライン施設に代わる代替案をワーキング・グループで検討としています。次年度からそれぞれの住宅形態に応じた具体的な実証実験を行いますので、その経過を順次報告します。代替案の検討ページを参照ください。Since August, Ashiya City and our user association have been working with a facilitator in a working group to explore alternative solutions to replace the current pipeline facility. Starting next fiscal year, we will conduct specific demonstration experiments tailored to each housing type. We will report on the progress sequentially.
